I’m 15 and i weigh about 105 pounds. Im not chunky or fat, but im also not in tip top shape. I have what looks to be a two pack on the upper part of my stomach. I’ve started doing situps and crunches for the last 2 weeks and im seeing and feeling a little bit of a difference. I usually eat 2 times a day with snacks in between ( breakfast, snacks, dinner). However, i am very self-consious about my stomach abs and i would love to have them be tight and just rightt. If i keep up what im doing now, how soon will the results come in?
I’ve also been running over the two weeks, will this make my legs look big? I am fine with everything BUT my stomach. Pleasee help! :]
